Personal and individual counselling for cross-border commuters from the Netherlands and Germany
We answer questions about pension, health insurance, Kindergeld and Elterngeld, about SVB as well as general questions about social insurance in the event of unemployment, illness or reduced earning capacity.
Consultations take place in cooperation with experts from BDZ – Bureau voor Duitse Zaken of the Sociale Verzekeringsbank (NL), Team GWO (an association of the Finanzamt NRW and Belastingdienst Nederland), health insurance companies AOK and CZ, UWV-WIA (Uitvoeringsinstituut Werknemersverzekeringen – Werk en Inkomen naar Arbeidsvermogen) and DRV (Deutsche Rentenversicherung).
We will advise you free of charge. However, it is necessary to make an appointment.
Please make an appointment via the office of the GrenzInfoPunkt Aachen-Eurode. For appointments, you can reach us Tuesdays to Thursdays from 09:00 – 15:30 and Fridays from 09:00-12:30.
